Teens were invited to summer camps (Cheerleading Clinic and Yearbook Clinic) on the campus of Pensacola Christian College.
Camp offerings continued to expand and adjust, including adding options still popular today like basketball camp and music academy.
The camps became collectively known as YOM Summer Camps, with 880 campers attending 12 specialized camps.
YOM Summer Camps was officially renamed NEXT Summer Camps.
9th–12th graders can attend one of 14 unique camps to explore their interests and deepen their walk with God. Campers stay in state-of-the-art residence halls and enjoy recreational facilities like the 216,000-square-foot Sports Center. Since 1977, PCC has hosted 470 separate weeks of teen summer camp with over 30,000 participants!
